Use Reset in the server’s Settings to erase the current Java installation and start with fresh server files.
A complete reset removes worlds, player data, plugins, mods, configurations, logs, and other files stored on the server. Download anything you want to keep before continuing.

Before you reset

  • Confirm that you selected the correct Purpify server.
  • Stop the server and download required worlds, configurations, plugin data, or modpack files.
  • Export databases separately when you need their saved data.
  • Create a server backup and keep an external copy of irreplaceable files.
  • Record the Java server software, Minecraft version, mod loader, and any extra port allocations you need to recreate.

Stop the server

Use a normal stop and wait until the console confirms that the process ended.

Open Settings

Open the Java server in the Purpify game panel and go to Settings.

Select Reset

Find the reset section and select Reset.

Review the warning

Confirm the server name and read the displayed warning. Continue only if you no longer need the files currently stored on the server.

Reinstall and verify

Wait for the reset to finish, choose the required Java software and version, then start the fresh server. Watch the console until startup completes.
If you only want a fresh world, use Reset a Java world. A world reset keeps plugins, mods, and most server configuration.
