allow-flight=true when a plugin, mod, or game mode lets players fly. This property permits flight checks; it does not grant players the ability to fly.

Stop the server
Wait for a clean shutdown before editing the configuration.

Edit server.properties
Open
server.properties and set:3
Restart and test
Start the server and test with the plugin, mod, or game mode that provides flight.
Creative and Spectator mode provide their own flying controls. Survival flight normally requires a compatible plugin or mod and the required player permission.
allow-flight=false to restore the normal flight check. Players using legitimate flight from a plugin or mod may then be disconnected.
