Set allow-cheats=true in server.properties, then restart the server. This setting allows commands that require cheats on a native Minecraft Bedrock Edition server.

Enable cheats

1

Stop the server

Stop the server before editing server.properties so the running process does not overwrite the change.
2

Open server.properties

Open the file manager and select server.properties in the server’s main directory.
3

Enable cheats

Find allow-cheats and set its value to true.
4

Save and restart

Save the file, start the server, and watch the console for startup errors.
To disable cheats later, set allow-cheats=false, save the file, and restart the server.
Cheats allow authorized players to run commands that can change the world, player data, and server behavior. Grant operator access only to people you trust.

Set game rules

Change world mechanics after enabling cheats.
