Cancel a service

Open Services

Sign in at payments.purpify.host/services.

Select the service

Open the service you want to cancel. Check the service name before continuing.

Choose when to cancel

Select Cancel Immediately to cancel now, or Cancel at End of Billing Cycle to keep the service until the current billing cycle ends.

Confirm the cancellation

Review the selected cancellation timing, then confirm the request.

Which option should you choose?

Refunds

Cancellation does not automatically confirm refund eligibility. Follow Request a refund to read the current policy and open a support ticket if your payment qualifies.
