## Does Purpify support Java and Bedrock Edition?

Yes. Purpify supports Minecraft Java Edition, native Bedrock Edition, and modded servers.

## Can Bedrock players join a Java server?

Use Geyser to provide Bedrock-to-Java cross-play. Geyser is installed on the Java server; it is not the same as running a native Bedrock server. See [Set up Geyser cross-play](/java/geyser).

## Where do I manage my server?

Use the [game panel](https://panel.purpify.host) to manage server power, files, console output, and runtime settings.

## Where do I manage billing?

Use the [billing portal](https://payments.purpify.host) for services, invoices, and payments. See [Billing overview](/billing/overview).

## Where do I find my server address and port?

Open the server in the Purpify game panel and find its connection details.

## Can I install plugins, mods, and add-ons?

Purpify supports Java plugins, Java mods and modpacks, and Bedrock add-ons. Each format has different server-software and client requirements. Start with [Java Edition](/java/overview) or [Bedrock Edition](/bedrock/overview).

## When should I create a backup?

Create a backup before world uploads, software or version changes, plugin or mod changes, add-on changes, and important configuration edits. See [Create and restore backups](/server/backups).

## Where can I check service status?

Open [uptime.purpify.host](https://uptime.purpify.host).

## How do I contact support?

Join the [Purpify Discord](https://discord.gg/purpify). Send the server name or account-visible ID, the exact error, the time and time zone, and the last change you made. Never send a password or access token.
