# Request a refund

> Check the Purpify refund policy and open a support ticket when your payment meets its requirements.

Read the current refund policy before submitting a request. If your payment fits the policy, open a support ticket through the Purpify website.

## Request a refund

    Check the [current refund policy](https://purpify.host/refund-policy) for eligibility, exclusions, and any requirements that apply to your payment.

  <Step title="Confirm that your request fits">
    Compare your purchase and reason for requesting a refund with the current policy. Do not assume that cancelling a service automatically creates a refund.

  <Step title="Open a support ticket">
    Go to the [Purpify website](https://purpify.host) and open a support ticket. Submit the ticket from the account connected to the purchase when possible.

    Provide the service name, invoice number, payment date, and a concise explanation of why you are requesting the refund.

  Never include your password, full card number, bank credentials, or authentication codes in a support ticket.

Submitting a ticket does not guarantee approval. Purpify reviews each request against the refund policy that applies to the payment.
